Alex, Gavin, Blake, & Gracie The kids are doing new things and excited about the newest addition to the family... Alex is in Second grade, in the play Annie and a great violinist and tennis player. Gavin is in his second year of pre-school and has already passed the KIndergarden exit exam. He is great at t-Ball and golf and likes any sport with a stick, batt, club, or poll. Blake has a full set of teeth, big curls, and dribbles a soccer ball better than his older siblings. Gracie is a very new addition and we are sure she is gifted... :) These precious monkeys keep us busy, but happy!
2006 and the kids in review
Blake is a wild man. He is always laughing except when you try to put him to bed. He is a sweet kid, but the third has added exponential difficulty to the whole child raising thing for his parents. We love it though and it keeps life interesting and us young. Gavin was raised by girls all day except when Dad got home. He would do whatever his Mom and sister wanted. As a result he is very polite and mannered... But adding a second boy the males are winning back the house... We are breaking things in much higher volumes and Gavin gives Blake a daily beating ensuring we have two strong boys in the house... Blake always takes his beating with a smile and Gavin has a great time with his little brother. Some kids are silly, but Gavin is funny... He comes up with his own material like calling Autumn "Misses Hangan -Annie and whenever anyone leaves he says "have fun storming the castle!" - Princess Bride Alex is loving being the oldest. She loves the new baby and has been playing mommy carrying her brother around, changing him and feeding him. She is always fun and has the strong will of her parents... The girls still run the house and the boys are the swing vote when the girls are at odds.. If the girls are united the boys have no chance. She is very smart and has been reading for over a year. She is in soccer now but really like riding her bike and playing "kick the can" better than anything else. |
